Fly Tipping - Rear of 24 Lapin Lane, 6th April
A fence panel has been replaced at the rear of 24 Lapin Lane. Wood and concrete from the old broken fence has been left discarded on the public verge, along with several thick branches cut and discarded from what I assume is council owned hedge. Presumably the hedge was cut down at this point to access the fence to be replaced. This has been there for at least a few weeks.
