FIXMYSTREET IN RG10 0RS
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of RG10 0RS:
Ridge across whole road, 25th April
On the sliproad leading from the M4 going Eastbound to the A329, there is a ridge across the whole surface causing a car to come off the road and jump, meaning it causes damage to the suspension and wheels/tyres. It is particularly bad on the left side of the road and the only way to minimise the damage caused is to be in the right lane which either means changing lanes on the bend which I do not do as I do not feel it is safe, or be in the second from inside lane coming off the motorway. If you are in this lane however there is a pothole on the motorway. Both the pothole and ridge, have been there for over a month now.

Pothole, 25th April
There is a large pot hole in the road on the right hand side of the second lane from the inside - just as you go under the bridge just when you get to the 1mile to go to JCT10 sign. I come off at JCT 10 but have ended up using that lane to come off as one the slip road onto the A329 there is a large ridge which makes the whole car jump which is worse on the inside lane - the pothole is the lesser of the two bad options, but is still causing damage to my car suspension. and wheels/tyres.

Flooding, concealing potholes, 5th April
The road has been permanently flooded for at least two months. Much of the time this covers the full width of the road, forcing traffic into the centre on this blind bend. The water hides a number of potholes on the bend, and makes it impossible to see the edge of the tarmac, at which there is a significant drop. Both are likely to lead to damaged tyres and claims against WBC. The water is also causing erosion to the verges, with mud, sand and gravel across the road surface.

Lots of litter in lay-by, 30th March
In the past year I have noticed more and more litter/plastic accumulating on the A329 lay-by as you approach the M4 junctions to Reading and then to London. It's a bad representation of our area and also I am concerned for wild life with the amount of litter building up, what is the plan to tidy this area. Also how can national highways fine those who litter offend? Thank you

Report on FixMyStreet
On this stretch of the A321 entering Woking between its junction with Forest Road, there are four seriously dangerous pot holes., 5th March
These four lethal potholes have increased in size daily - exacerbated by rain and frosts. They now represent a serious safety hazard. The riders of bikes and motorcycles are at serious risk of injury and cars may suffer expensive fractured alloy wheel damage and impact impairment to tyres. This is a main carriageway for vehicles travelling to and from Wokingham and Twyford. Vehicles are swerving now to avid these potholes in manic slalom manoeuvres. This stretch of road should be made safe at the earliest opportunity.

Blocked gullies and storm drains, 21st January
Continually blocked gullies due to the storm drain blocked. This means the ditch water runs onto Orchard Road causing hazardous conditions for pedestrians in particular children and parents attend the local playgroup nursery. This has been an ongoing issue for many years which requires the broken storm drain to be replaced. During last week’s water on the highway was flowing in to the foul drain IC which will lead to the pumping station to be overwhelmed!

M4 J6 to J12, 18th October
I work in Slough J6 and live by J12, tonight when I left work, 6.30pm, it was raining and dark there were no lights on the motorway at all, for most of my journey. There used to be lights, J6 to 8/9 and then from 10 to 12 but tonight, nothing. This makes driving far more hazardous, because you can see even less, than normal and it's a new 'smart' motorway so dangerous at the best of times Why are there no lights on??
