Estate agents, Stephanie Macnab attached a for sale sign to the street sign. As it has been windy over the last couple of days this caused the street sign to be ripped out of the ground. This has caused the damage you can see in the picture. The for sale sign has now been repositioned. I have a photograph of the sign attached if needed, 22nd January

One of the lights down entry doesnt work, 16th July
One of the lampposts doesn't work down the walk way near the entry to st John's school, it's been broken for some time and is pitch black at night time. Very unsafe

Excess gravel left after resurfacing, 20th December
This gravel has been left after resurfacing of the road. This was done on 3rd September and the information leaflet said this and any excess gravel on the road would be cleared a few weeks later - after settling. Three+ months later it is still there. It is covering the whole length of Lytham Road and other nearby roads that were resurfaced at the time. It is so heavy in places it is a potential skid hazard to pedestrians plus it is constantly getting walked into homes. I am concerned about the damage it will be doing to my carpet as I constantly find it has made its way into the house.

Abandoned vehicle, 19th August
This car a Red Renault Modus has been here about 4 weeks.The tax was due Jan 21.It is covered in paint outside and inside.On the seats and head rest.Inside is full of rubbish and is a complete mess. I have tried to report to the council by phone as they don't have an online form but no one ever answers. It is parked where Holmdale Avenue meets Roselea Drive Crossens

Need to get out of my driveway, 24th April
I have lived here for over 10 years and I'm so upset and stressed out . Apparently all I have to do is ask to get out of my driveway. The turning circle is constantly full of cars and I can't ever get out. We ve been nice, been annoyed and all but both of my neighbors and now all their children do is try to taunt us. We are carers and also parents and they are pushing and pushing us to try to get us to lose our tempers . I' feel so down that for at least the last 2 years I have saddly built a whole collection of their torment. I live in the middle of the two neighbors that are making our lives unbearable now . We've been to the council they say speak to police and they say speak to the council. Please could you help we are desperate now. I just want to get in and out and not need to ask/beg people to do so . I appreciate your help Thankyou

Flooding Pavement, 7th January
This area floods even with smallest shower. This has been reported before when a couple of flags were relayed. Main problem has never been repaired and now has more flags moving under foot.

Leaves need clearing, 8th November
Have to keep clearing leaves from grid otherwise rain will not drain away also if path not cleared there is a likelihood of someone slipping on wet leaves ,have to report this problem every year otherwise leaves and debris just stay there .

Poor Job resurfacing, 28th June
A strip has been resurfaced on the road due to works approximately 1 month ago. the job is poor creating bumps and divots in roads. Large vehicles going over the roads cause my house to shake

Sinking road, 28th June
The road here has sunk to the extent that taller vehicles now almost tip over when driving across it. It floods in the rain and will cause a serious incident as it worsens. Its a sinkhole that hasn't opened up yet.
