Manhole cover open, wide enough for small dog to fall in and drown, 26th January
Lid was too heavy for me to pull back but worried someone's dog might fall in to the water and not be able to get out. I've tried to pinpoint exactly where on the field it is with the map pointer; as you're stood at the Portland St entrance, counting that as the six on a clockface, it would be between 1 and 2 o'clock.

Repair lampost light outside 11 janesbrook rd, 9th November
Complained numerous times about lampost not working outside our house and nothing seems to ever get done about it is literally rinse and repeat. Its pitch black outside and extremley dangerous for the elderly residents around here especially having no street lighting.

Permanently locked gate access to cemetery has been kicked in. It allows access to cemetery at night when it should be locked., 24th October
The cemetery is a place already known as a haunt for drug dealers. Access in the dark early evenings will just make this a lot worse.
