12 inch by 18 inch pothole, outside a morrisons daily on a small rounabout., 9th February
This pothole has been here a while, the sets under tarmac are showing. the bus wheels go straight in it as it can't go anywhere else because of the roundabout.

Manhole cover open, wide enough for small dog to fall in and drown, 26th January
Lid was too heavy for me to pull back but worried someone's dog might fall in to the water and not be able to get out. I've tried to pinpoint exactly where on the field it is with the map pointer; as you're stood at the Portland St entrance, counting that as the six on a clockface, it would be between 1 and 2 o'clock.

5 lights on footpath between Blundell Drive and Harley Road not working, 14th January
They haven’t been working for months and have been reported. These signs warming of electric shocks have recently gone upon them. Please check urgently.

Parking issue, 30th December
