Uneven, loose surface., 16th April
This is the end of Enfield close. turning circle just past, enterance Preston Nook track to numbers 1 and 2. This area has been damaged by cars and Van's turning round over time. The top surface has broken away and worn down to base. Temp repairs have not held and last repair only did half of road as they did not bring enough tarmac. Now a danger to cycling and trip fall hazard.

Noisy manhole cover when crossed over by cars. This follows on after road surface renewed, 1st February
Over the last 4/5 weeks the loud crashing noise, caused by traffic passing over the metal manhole cover, has developed. The road surface was completely renewed prior to December, and they did a very good job. Unfortunately this loud rattled causes a disturbance throughout the day as traffic hits the cover.

Numerous potholes from The Green to the surgery, 28th January
These potholes have been here for some months and have got worse recently. This road was meant to be resurfaced 2 to 3 years ago but it wasn't, but the road to the Robin Hood pub was. Realistically the road (Doctors Lane) to the cricket field needs a complete resurface. I cannot show all the potholes that are there.

Footpath has collapsed in two places outside of 8 and 10 Conway Road Eccleston Chorley, 2nd January
The pavement in Conway Road Eccleston is a trip hazard. Wheelchair users and prams have to use the roadway to navigate past the holes.

Thr kerb seems to be damaged, 30th December
Possibly caused by repeated HGV contact, or recent gas main maintenance. It was repaired some years ago when in similar condition. This may also be affecting the adjacent grid/drain.

Road covered in muck around the farm. Dangerous to motorbike riders and cyclists, worse since it has now rained. Maybe the farmer should be fined and made aware of the consequences to other road users?

Pot holes,road crumbling at start of Sandringham road junction, 11th October
3 months ago,council sent a letter to all residents of the castles estate,of the work to be undertaken " junctions resurfaced " . The junction with Sandringham road was marked to be done,but no work was ever carried out,on the letter we received it did say at the end of work to let them know how they did,i did reply that no work was done on this junction,but had no reply

Ridiculously large works vehicle parked causing obstruction on the road, 12th August
This vehicle is parked blocking the pavement and causing an obstruction on the road and is parked their on a regular basis. It is causing damage to the kerb, is a noise nuisance when it starts early morning and is causing a major obstruction to the residents of Bramley drive. Children play out on this road and it is making it a very dangerous place for the children to play
