Badly fitting manhole cover, 16th October
Just opposite the gate to Dumbreck Court, there is a manhole cover that does not appear to be seated correctly. Every time a vehicle drives over it there is a loud metallic noise. I fear that one day this cover may break.

12 inch pothole on B5260 close to turn off Weeton road, 30th May
A pothole approximately 12 inches in width on the B5260 which has been there for approximately 2 months to my knowledge has caused damage to my car consisting of buckling and cracking my alloy wheel resulting in the need for a new alloy wheel and new tyre. I believe that the local authority responsible for this stretch of road must be aware of this pothole as it has been marked out for repairs.
