Many potholes, 7th June
Please could the pothole fixing machine have a look at the section of Woods Land between Stavens Pool Bridge and the Junction with the B5269? This quarter of a mile stretch is awful, and when you meet an oncoming tractor, or school bus, or HGV(!) the edges are not good for the car! Especially not the layby, which should be the safe refuge to allow these large vehicles to pass!
Thank you

What is the point of the speed measuring equipment?, 31st August
There is an obvious hazard at this junction which can be almost entirely mitigated by spending an hour cutting the hedge to a low level on the inside of the bend or, better, replacing the hedge with railings so traffic turning right onto Salwick road can see through the bend for oncoming traffic . I'm sure the owners of the airfield would oblige and their cattle would still not escape. Slowing traffic by introducing a lower speed limit will not remove the hazard as the speed limit will be ignored. Please evaluate the situation and adopt a sensible approach.
