M6 Southbound, 11th September
Absolutely ridiculous doing roadworks on a weekend and closing the whole of the motorway, diversion up to Preston, A6 absolutely rammed a 50 minute journey took me 2 hours!!! This needs rethinking, open 1 lane?

Deep Rut between first and second lane south bound, 31st July
375.5 post Mr Motorway Lancaster
Before Lancaster service station - deep rut between inside lane and middle lane caused car to swerve as the wheel was trapped in it as we crossed lanes. Particularly dangerous in wet weather.

Embankment adjacent to Lancaster Services, 28th May
There is a serious rat infestation on the embankment adjacent to Lancaster Services. If you look over the fence, down the embankment from the car park (beyond the service area demise), there are a number of burrows and rat activity. From there they are running up the bank, along and into the car park, around cars and customers.

M6 northbound junction 32 just as the slip road goes off to the m55, in lane 1 of the northbound m6 traffic is a pothole getting bigger by the day. On Monday it was about the size of a car tyre. Tonight it’s over 2 metres long and the width of a tyre, 4th February
As above. Pothole getting bigger each day. I travel this route 5 days a week. It’s only appeared in the last 2 weeks. But getting really bad quite quickly.

Tree Preservation Order Application, 26th April
In response to planning application 20/00192/FUL, LCC Highways have recommended that this public right of way be widened at the junction with Cockerham Road and extended to contain passing places. This will impact on the Oak, Ash, Sycamore, Beech & Holly Trees along this way, as well as hedgerows which contain wildlife including squirrels, deer, stoats, jays, woodpeckers etc.

A big hole is now causing problems particularly with trailers which bounce when passing. Yesterday some material came out of a trailer and just missed my grandson when we were walking home. The area just over the canal bridge and on top of the bridge is in poor condition. Repair work is greatly needed. There should also be a consideration to ban large vehicles down this narrow lane. They are destroying the lane in many ways., 15th April

The sides of the toad have collapsed resulting in a dangerous drop off into the grass verge. The road is now quite narrow resulting in difficulties within coming cars passing, 3rd January

Bridge expansion joint sticking up, 29th June
M6 northbound near Forton services there’s a piece of the joint sticking up in the middle lane. I think it’s where the m’way crosses the river Wyre.
