Bins and full bin bags left out on the street, 14th April
Tennants from the apartment building leaving the bin bags on the street. This week was a grey bin collection week, nobody took the rubbish. We pay now nearly £180 a month for Council Tax to live next to a Council building where nobody cares about the litter on the street. This issue was reported countless times, nothing happens.

Multiple Flyposting, 12th August
ALLPAVE, seem to think it's ok to flypost their signs all over Lostock Hall with a huge number of large signs advertising their company attached to street furniture, railings etc throughout the area. This makes the place look very untidy and they should know that flyposting is illegal and should be dealt with and charged for the clean up. Shame on you ALLPAVE.... Whoever you are.

CRE PFP NOW PFP ARE NOT MEETING THEIR STANDARDS BECAUSE OTHERS ARE NOT MEETING THEIR STANDARDS Quote Landlord access rights and quiet enjoyment All tenants have the right to quiet enjoyment. This means they have the right to live in their rental property without interference from the landlord, letting agent, or anybody else.
Quiet enjoyment is an implied term, meaning that it does not need to be stated explicitly in a tenancy agreement to be enforced. The other primary implied term that landlords must follow is to keep the property in good repair and fit for human habitation.
