Trees blocking vision at junction, 11th December
The St. Budeaux east bound A38 Parkway slip road approach from the Victoria Road - Crownhill Road roundabout is obscured by thick trees and so fast traffic on the Parkway approaching the junction from Cornwall can not be seen until almost on the A38 Parkway. I suggest you drive down the slip road onto the A38 to see the obstruction to vision caused by the trees. in the interests of safety I would suggest that some cutting back is done in this case.

These vehicles are always parking on verge or grass, creating problems for pedestrians and churning up the mud and grass., 10th November

Commercial fly tippng, 24th October
Commercial fly tipping has almost blocked the entrance to the allotments, making it extremely difficult to enter, I for example cannot get my car through as I am sure many other allotment holders cannot. This has been reported before and has been there for over a week.

Dead tree, 10th October
Dead tree overhanging entrance to subway. This has been attended previously but public are reporting that the tree/parts of the tree still remains and is still a hazard to users of the footway.

Someone has abandoned a Tesco shopping trolley on the pathway to the rear of my house. Tesco do not have any contact details for me to contact them directly. They ask that an App be downloaded and I am a pensioner with limited computer skills., 25th July

Southbound Lane towards Cornwall, just past the exit for St Budeaux, 19th July
Pothole forming fairly central in lane, can't tell size as driving too fast but can feel the bump when passing over, will worsen in time if not repaired.

People parking on pavements, 29th December
As shown in the photo. Various cars park like this regularly. It obscures the vision when trying to come out of Truro Drive and also people with prams and mobility scooters using the pavement have to go into the road. They used to park on the grass but since the boulders were put there they park on the pavement. Which in itself is dangerous as cars travel at quite a speed up the road

Street light lit during day, 31st August
Street light 57 in yellow, also 26 in white on side on A38 off slip west at Weston Mill junction. This light has been illuminated for months during the daytime.

A38W near to junction with A3064 - Boundary fencing collapsed, 2nd August
Approximately 15-20 metres of metal wire boundary fencing has collapsed leaving open access to A38W carriageway, beginning at What3Words ///birds.method.assets and ending at ///hangs.goods.spout, in between the on slip with the A3064 and the Honicknowle Lane bridge.
This has been down for two months, since the middle of June 2022.
The boundary fencing is bordered by vegetation but provides a boundary between the carriageway and a very popular dog walking field. Dogs are walked off-lead along the boundary fence on a daily basis. Please fix as a matter of priority to prevent any dogs getting on to the live carriage way, being killed and posing a risk to road users travelling at high speeds.
