Some sort of utilities work in main road through Delabole appx top of Water Lane: Collection of 3 x box vans + 1 x cage tipper (diagonally opposite) located on minor bend in road and amid previously parked vehicles causing a "blind" bend and major traffic disruption with vehicles often having to mount pavements to pass and absolutely NO traffic management in place (eg. no Stop/Go boards or lights). Chaos!

I have approached the dog's owner politely and on the 1st occasion he picked up the mess. On the 2nd occasion he became abusive and slammed his door in my face. He has stated how can I prove it is his dog? There are 4 witnesses who have seen the dog fouling the area

The workmen built a retaining wall and resurfaced this piece of road just a year ago, the tarmac was laid onto a greasy surface and has lifted in 1 and 2 metre squares areas and is dangerous as the road is at its narrowest and 2 big vehicles cannot pass
