Road comes., 29th March
One road come left on the exit slip way going off to Cornwall services. The other just before the 300 yards sign before the exit on the bank. This one has blown up from the carriage way.

Pot holes and extreemly bad, dangerous road conditions, 4th February
The Mulberry Road is in need of repair. There are potholes from the top to Crosslanes on the Ruthern road. Very uneven and certainly even more dangerous on my pushbike and getting worse every day. The is also a bicycle and helmet onto of the post at the triangle half.way up by Mulberry Pit.

Broken cat eyes, 26th January
Broken sharp edges pointing out from one of the cat eyes, blew my tyre as I hit it whilst changing lane, very close to the slip road to go off onto services.

Pot holes, 20th January
Pot holes got bigger here and their is loads down this road that have been filled in a month or so ago and are back again and worse. It's terrible now and hard to dodge meaning punctures and bent rims are gonna be hard to avoid

2 metre area of broken surface, 15th January
This pothole has been there for months despite regular reporting. This area fills with water and then freezes and creates a real unseen hazard to cyclists, motorcycles and cars. Surely the Council have a duty of care, when they know of the situation.

Rubbish thrown from cars, 16th October
On the B3274 from Inis downs round-about at the top of Lanivet towards Cornwall Services, whilst cycliing East there is so much rubbish by the side of the road, mostly drinks cans, crisp packets, food cartons etc. The amount of rubbish stretches most of the length of the road, probably about 1 1/2 miles

A30 eastbound large dead animal in central reservation on dual carriageway, 7th May
Remains visible by barrier just before 'Pond 14' sign on LHS towards Wadebridge/Innis Downs junction.
Spotted Fri 5 May 10am, possibly Deer or large Sheep belonging to local farmer. Also visible on return journey 2pm near Cornwall Services turnoff.
