Pavement unsafe and unusable. Health & Safety hazard., 12th July
At the bottom of Meadow Plash in Blisland the pavement on the right hand side going up from Manor Close is totally unusable and unsafe due to a large number of various weeds and overhanging bushes/trees, some very sharp and prickly, that are completely overgrown invading the area. Residents and visitors have to walk in the road to avoid these and wheelchair users cannot access this pavement, neither can young parents in buggies, prams etc. The pavement has moss on it which, when wet, causes a further health and safety hazard. There is the potential for a serious injury eg slip on wet moss causing possible injury or pedestrians run over if having to step out into the road (and perhaps hard of hearing) to avoid this area and not hearing an oncoming car. The residents have been concerned about this area for some time and are extremely worried that nothing seems to be done about it. The affected area is clearly not outside a residents house and it is now like a jungle! I have personally slipped on this area a few weeks back but fortunately on that occasion no serious damage occurred. There appears to be a reluctance to carry out remedial work. I only hope nothing serious happens to someone because of this lack of action.

Uneven road surface (keybridge hill), 17th August
Surface of road is uneven and pot holey for 100-200yards down the hill to the junction. The road has been in this state since early this year and is getting worse. I use this road on a daily basis as its my quickest route to work. I see this has previously been reported the smaller holes have been filled but the surface itself is very uneven and still nothing has been done.

Disgusting mess from farm, 28th September
There is always a foul mess (cow muck ect) on the road outside this farm it is hardly ever cleaned up and is fermenting in the roadsides, if you want to walk the road you are almost a shoe deep in it and risk getting plastered in it if a car goes by.plus it smells really awful and there are swarms of flies.
