Concrete chunk in pathway to A38 Sheridan Subway, 10th April
On the St Pancras Avenue side of the Sheridan subway which runs underneath the A38, there is, or was, a ‘traffic calming’ barrier to slow bikes as they come through, only half of this barrier remains, and now there is a large chunk of concrete with a pole embedded in it lying on the path. This is a dangerous obstacle on a path that is a key thoroughfare for children accessing school and families accessing the play area/football pitch. The absence of the proper barrier also means that bikes can speed through without having to slow down, risking collisions with pedestrians. It is also unsightly and adds to the neglected and unsafe feel to the subway.

Blocked drain hole??, 2nd April
There is a large concrete drain in a nature reserve right behind the properties of 10-9-8-7-6-5 Trevone Gardens, that seems to be blocked, and when it rains the whole area, which I pointed out gets completely flooded. Footpath is unusable and water floods back gardens. The area that floods is large and becomes a large lake. I have contacted Plymouth County Council and they have said some of the area is owned by National Highways and gave me NH details to get in contact. I hope this issue can be investigated and concluded

One resident over parking. Parking on double yellow lines., 12th November
Evelyn Street is a Cul De Sac with a shortage of parking for the residents. One resident who is single and only occupant of a house with a garage fixes cars from home on the roadside. He has his car, another car with a long car trailer attached that most of the time has no veicle on it. He parks in such away that he is taking up 4 spaces. There is often another car parked on the road tat he is working on also. This weekend he has a scaffolding long bed lorry parked taking up nearly 3 spaces on top of his other spaces. There is 1 disabled space in the street outside a severely disabled persons house so they are covered. I am also disabled with a blue badge but only use my badge when necessary, but would never use her space. It is rare to get street paking in adjacent roads. At the end of the street there are double yellow lines. People constantly park on these for the shops on the adjacent road. This makes it incredibly dangerous to leave the street and at times almost impossible to turn into the street.
