Fly tipping, 3rd May
Someone has dumped 2 pieces of clear sheet roofing and there is a wheel barrow chucked up in the hedge also the lay by is very dirty and needs cleaning also i have a feeling there is more rubbish chucked in the hedge but with the holiday season coming up it need cleaning up swiftly.

Bags of rubbish have been chucked here there are clothes lying on the ground also a high amount of litter and big plastic bottles in the hedge there is litter in the hedge that needs cleaning this needs to be reacted to fast because driving past i thought west Devon looks absolutely disgusting and and i cant imagine what tourists think.
