Sunken cover causing noise to houses, 31st January
There is a cover which has yet sunken yet again as never gets a strong repair and it's causing a loud clunk spuds when driven over more so with trucks and lorries. Its on Plymouth Road just before the graveyard heading in morrisons direction its on the other side of road

Rattling manhole cover, 6th November
For over a year we have been woken by the rattling manhole on the road outside our bedroom window every time a car drives over it it rattles. We work both day and night shifts.

Manhole cover causing, 25th August
Manhole cover has recently started causing very loud click click noise as vehicles pass over it. Can be heard at Fitzford Lodge even with windows closed.

Dangerous inconsiderate parking, 16th April
The DPD extra lwb van NA20 AZW is regulary parked dangerous on this Junction on Deacons Green. You have to drive on the right hand side of the small road to pull out and can not see sufficiently.

Landslide with rocks in the road, 17th September
Just between the turning for Greensway Road and the turning for Monksmead, there appears to have been a small landslide from the hedge, and a load of rocks and mud etc have fallen down onto the road. It's rather hazardous as it's not easy to avoid it when cars are coming the other way.

Eroded layer of Tarmacadam, 6th April
There is an area on the approach from the Tavistock direction to the gulworthy roundabout on the A390 where a layer of Tarmac approx. 70mm deep is disintegrating. It is so bad now that traffic has started driving to avoid the resulting unevenness and yeserday as I drove towards Tavistock past this area I had to take avoiding action because Renault Clio going towards Gulworthy pulled out and actually came across the centre of the road 'pothole dodgeing'. We almost had a head-on collision!!!! I have to say that when as a result I stopped and inspected the road, both sides are in a terrible condition and may need replaceing.

Dangerous rope on ladder with metal thread sticking out, 23rd October
Hi, My daughter has cut her leg on some metal strands sticking out from a rope near the top of the rope ladder on some apparatus in Cramber Close Park, Tavistock. The rope is green and is located near the tunnel.

Pothole, 21st September
There is a deep hole right on the edge of the tarmac where uphill vehicles pull to the side to allow downhill vehicles to pass them. I saw a car drop down into it yesterday and the front bumper landed on the road surface, it was that deep. However the driver did manage to get out of it unassisted but sports cars with little ground clearance might sustain a lot of damage from it.

Dog fouling, 29th April
I have to pick up dog poo from outside my house at least 3-4 times a week. It is rigth outside my gate and my my young children are stepping in it. There are lots of dog owners in the area and very few pick it up, its a big concern as the problem is getting worse.
