Sunken cover causing noise to houses, 31st January
There is a cover which has yet sunken yet again as never gets a strong repair and it's causing a loud clunk spuds when driven over more so with trucks and lorries. Its on Plymouth Road just before the graveyard heading in morrisons direction its on the other side of road

Rail at base of Rocky Hill, 4th December
There used to be a metal rail attached to the wall at the base of the granite steps of rocky hill. The rail was attached to the wall and a few weeks back it had become detached at the top of the steps, (left side ascending) now it has been completely removed. The steps are slippery especially when covered with leaves or icy. The rail needs to be replaced for safety reasons please.

For over a year we have been woken by the rattling manhole on the road outside our bedroom window every time a car drives over it it rattles. We work both day and night shifts.

Unauthorised work - access, 7th September
We have unauthorised roadworks being carried out by unlicenced workers on a single track lane. This prevent access to our property and those adjacent, we have had no notification and the people carrying out the works are creating massive amounts of dust. There is no signage, and no qualified contractors on site.

Manhole cover causing, 25th August
Manhole cover has recently started causing very loud click click noise as vehicles pass over it. Can be heard at Fitzford Lodge even with windows closed.

The DPD extra lwb van NA20 AZW is regulary parked dangerous on this Junction on Deacons Green. You have to drive on the right hand side of the small road to pull out and can not see sufficiently.

Man hole cover broken in half and half has dropped into drain, 11th December
A delivery driver dropped his keys into the drain. He lifted the cover to retrieve them and the cover broke in half and fell into the drain. He wasn't able to get the broken cover out, so notified us in the day centre of the problem. He said he had reported the problem and we placed a warning cone over the hole and notified the staff who work in abbey rise
