Sign knocked over, poss exposed wires as light on sign is still on, 24th March

Van parked overnight again, on narrow steep busy road obstructing traffic, 9th February
This is a repeat offense. This van has been parked like this before. I believe the owner was reprimanded because the van was removed quite quickly but here we are again deliberate flouting of the regulations . A clear danger to other road users particularly pedestrians on the payement opposite where large vehicles have to mount the footpath to get past this vehicle, its surprising how many heavy lorries and large delivery vans use this only access to the Bealswood area of Gunnislake. The failure to impose a penalty last time is I suspect why we have another breach.

Van parked sticking out on to the pavement, 29th September
I drive through St Ann's Chapel almost daily, and almost every time, there has been a van parked outside the property opposite the junction, obstructing the pavement. It seems to be attached to a trailer, which I assume is why it doesn't fit fully into the parking space, but that isn't an excuse to block the pavement. I've seen parents with pushchairs and small children have to go out into the road to go around it, several times now, and it would be just as dangerous for someone in a wheelchair, or someone with a guide dog etc.

Vehicle parking on pavement, 9th September
The UNTAXED vehicle Ford Ranger registration WD64 TNK has been parking daily on the pavement on Bealswood Road for the past few weeks. It is causing a nuisance to residents, pedestrians and road users. It is parked close to a driveway blocking the view for the residents of South View and Bealswood Barn when leaving their properties. Pedestrians are having to step out into the road, and traffic is having to weave around the parked vehicle. The vehicle is UNTAXED.

Van parked partly obstructing roadway., 30th July
Van parted partly in driveway partly protruding into roadway. Owner at Stable Cottage, Kingswood road Gunnislake has another parking location on his property where the van does not obstruct vehicles or cause larger vehicles to drive on the footpath to get past. Virtually all residents served by this footpath are elderly and retired. It is their only route to the village center, the shop, the bus and the doctors. The protruding van is not always there, but is frequently in this position day and night and is unmarked and unlit.

This incident was witnessed by the driver in a 'Hunters' van and the barman at the Rising Sun was aware that this hole had been a problem for several weeks.

We need a safe footpath from main A390 to St Ann’s playing park. There have been over 200 new houses built in St Ann’s Chapel in the last few years and there is still no proper pavement or street lights to the Park. The road is narrow windy and dangerous for pedestrians. How someone hasn’t been killed yet i don’t know. There is a painted path on road to Double white Rise but cars drive on this and it’s not safe., 25th August
We need a safe pavement to access the play park. The road is narrow and windy,The trees are overgrown so it is dark, cars drive to fast and apart from jumping in the hedge there is no where to get out of the way safely with dogs, young children and pushchairs it’s dangerous.
