Vehicles churning up grass and ruining the pavement, 13th February
For some time now, cars and work vehicles (at least one Plymouth Community Homes truck) have been driving over the pavement to park on the grass to the left of the entrance to the library. Each evening there are at least 5 vehicles parked on the grass, and as the weather has got worse, this has led to the vehicles churning up mud, and spreading it all over the pavement when they drive off. This has made the pavement unusable for several weeks now, as there's a severe slipping hazard, and no one in a wheelchair or with a pushchair/buggy can get past because of all the mud. I know this has been going on for a long time now, but it's getting absolutely ridiculous and the pavement is getting ruined. Can something be done to stop it please??

Extremely muddy road, 19th January
The road at Hatt Saltash Cornwall roundabout is extremely muddy .The mud continues from roundabout along this very busy road the A388 towards Callington making it a dangerous hazard with expected icy conditions this evening. Followed by very wet and stormy weather over the upcoming weekend.

10 inch square sharp broken bollard, 7th August
The bollard appears to have been knocked off previously and what is left is a sharp square of slightly raised metal which cannot be seen on approach. There was no warning sign or lights in the area.

Rubbish left out and torn apart, 3rd July
This neighbour is a serial offender when it comes to leaving multiple bags of rubbish everywhere,and has required several clean ups, including one for human waste. These bags have been left for several days, and have already been picked over by the cats and seagulls. I suppose we should be glad that no human-excrement-covered wetwipes have made it out of the bags so far! If it could be cleaned up, before the detritus blows around even further, it would be very much appreciated by myself and my neighbours.

Potential drain problem, water leak, 2nd June
This puddle of water has been here for about 6 weeks, it never dries out. The drain to the left of it isn't blocked, so I don't think it's coming from there. It seems to be stagnant rather than moving. It is outside numbers 5 and 6 Coronation Close.

Parked on path with yellow lines, 14th February
This car has been left for nearly 3 weeks on the corner of Chapel Street and Moonsfield. It blocks the path and therfore children and elderly people have to walk in the road. The contents of the car have been removed since it was dumped. This is a likely target for vandelism and if set on fire will damage the adjacent property

About 50 cm wide deep pothole, 11th January
This pothole has been fixed before I think but everytime we have heavy rain it shows up again. It tends to fill up with water and then if you don't know it is there it just looks like a puddle and could cause damage.

Long hole in the road, 9th September
There is a long hole in the road on Church Street, at the junction of Compton Road and Zaggy Lane. It is long and thin, not like a "normal" pothole, and it's getting worse, deeper. I often cross the road there, from Compton Road to Zaggy Lane, in my wheelchair and if I'm not careful to go all the way around the hole, I nearly get thrown out of my chair. It's not especially easy to go around it though, as there are often cars coming from 4 different directions, so it would be really helpful if the hole was filled.

Lorry has shed its load of concrete all over the road making it difficult to drive on road. Motorcycles will easily slide & have a accident., 15th October

Stinging nettles and brambles blocking the pavement, 1st November
For a few months now, it has been impossible to get past this section of pavement in a wheelchair without being stung by the nettles or scratched by the brambles. They have taken over most of the pVament and show no signs of dying off. It is dangerous as it means you have to get off the pavement at the closest dropped kerb, which is around 75 metres away, and travel up the road instead, which given that its right on a sharp bend, isn't the safest thing.

Street light completely blocked by overgrown tree, 1st November
There is a very overgrown tree right next to the streetlight, it is touching it now and seems to be swallowing up the streetlight! It is very dark in this area even with the streetlight, as it isn't the brightest, but with the tree covering it it's now even worse. There is usually an argument over who's responsibility it is, but it needs sorting either way, as its causing a problem not just for local residents, but for locals who use the path as a cut through to town.

Foliage blocking pavement for over 3 months now, 1st November
I reported this over 3 months ago, there is a lot of foliage coming over the wall and onto the pavement just outside the car park. It's making it very difficult to see if cars are coming around the corner past the Town Hall, when exiting the car park. No matter how slowly you go, you can't see because of the bushes. I had another very near miss this week. Its also taking up almost half of the pavement, making it rather hard to get past in a wheelchair or with a pushchair, particularly if there are other people already on the pavement.

Overgrown bushes making it hard to see the road when leaving the car park, 31st July
It's gradually been getting worse over the last month or so, the bushes are overhanging the pavement by quite a lot, blocking part of it, but are also making it impossible to see cars coming from the right when leaving the car park behind Pridhams, and people come around that corner so fast, it's quite dangerous regardless of whether you're a driver or pedestrian.
