Vehicles churning up grass and ruining the pavement, 13th February
For some time now, cars and work vehicles (at least one Plymouth Community Homes truck) have been driving over the pavement to park on the grass to the left of the entrance to the library. Each evening there are at least 5 vehicles parked on the grass, and as the weather has got worse, this has led to the vehicles churning up mud, and spreading it all over the pavement when they drive off. This has made the pavement unusable for several weeks now, as there's a severe slipping hazard, and no one in a wheelchair or with a pushchair/buggy can get past because of all the mud. I know this has been going on for a long time now, but it's getting absolutely ridiculous and the pavement is getting ruined. Can something be done to stop it please??

Extremely muddy road, 19th January
The road at Hatt Saltash Cornwall roundabout is extremely muddy .The mud continues from roundabout along this very busy road the A388 towards Callington making it a dangerous hazard with expected icy conditions this evening. Followed by very wet and stormy weather over the upcoming weekend.

600mmx600mm hole, 3rd January
The pot hole is much bigger than pot hole it’s 600mm x 600mm in a narrow lane, can’t be avoided it , looks like a puddle but it’s deep and will damage and puncture your tyres…I need fixing now …..

Rubbish left out and torn apart, 3rd July
This neighbour is a serial offender when it comes to leaving multiple bags of rubbish everywhere,and has required several clean ups, including one for human waste. These bags have been left for several days, and have already been picked over by the cats and seagulls. I suppose we should be glad that no human-excrement-covered wetwipes have made it out of the bags so far! If it could be cleaned up, before the detritus blows around even further, it would be very much appreciated by myself and my neighbours.

Potential drain problem, water leak, 2nd June
This puddle of water has been here for about 6 weeks, it never dries out. The drain to the left of it isn't blocked, so I don't think it's coming from there. It seems to be stagnant rather than moving. It is outside numbers 5 and 6 Coronation Close.

Muck on road, 16th February
The road surface is constantly in a disgraceful muddy state due to farm machinery. This is an accident waiting to happen as it’s very slippery. The farmer makes no attempt to minimise the mess. There’s no signage to warn traffic and one hits the hazard when exiting a bend in one direction.

Parked on path with yellow lines, 14th February
This car has been left for nearly 3 weeks on the corner of Chapel Street and Moonsfield. It blocks the path and therfore children and elderly people have to walk in the road. The contents of the car have been removed since it was dumped. This is a likely target for vandelism and if set on fire will damage the adjacent property

Overgrown bushes and ivy, 18th July
This area is incredibly overgrown and the bushes are starting to encroach and grow into our garage which is near the boundary. This is going to cause damage to our garage now as the ivy is coming through the roof. This area hasn’t had any attention since before April 2021. It is between the main road in , Callington (southern rd) and the small cuddle sac off of Menabilly close.

Trees blocking new 40mph signs, 31st May
I noticed yesterday, whilst driving towards Callington, that the new 40 mph speed limit signs are very much hidden by overgrown trees, until you are right upon them. I think it would be a good idea to trim the trees back, so that people who may not be aware of the new signage and speed limit, aren't caught out.

Long hole in the road, 9th September
There is a long hole in the road on Church Street, at the junction of Compton Road and Zaggy Lane. It is long and thin, not like a "normal" pothole, and it's getting worse, deeper. I often cross the road there, from Compton Road to Zaggy Lane, in my wheelchair and if I'm not careful to go all the way around the hole, I nearly get thrown out of my chair. It's not especially easy to go around it though, as there are often cars coming from 4 different directions, so it would be really helpful if the hole was filled.

Debris on road really needs clearing now, 21st February
Further to my report a few weeks ago, regarding the rocks and debris being washed onto the road from the field, it is now like driving down a river bed, and has caused a puncture in one of my tyres, despite me driving very slowly through the debris. Fortunately my vehicle is a Motability vehicle and so it won't cost me directly to have the tyre replaced, but it did leave me stranded in the dark, in my wheelchair while some local young men changed the tyre for me! This issue is going to continue to get worse with every heavy rain spell, like it has over the last few months. Can something please be done to make sure that this is cleared up??

Rain has washed lots of stones and debris onto the road, 30th January
Lots of stones and debris have been washed down from the field on the left of the photo. Behind the car in the photo there are also multiple landslides from the wall/hedge,which has left large rocks in the road, meaning it's now quite hard to get through there in a larger vehicle without running over them. Something really needs to be done to stabilise the hedge/wall along here, as every spell of rain is making it worse and worse. One day soon it's going to be completely blocked!

Stinging nettles and brambles blocking the pavement, 1st November
For a few months now, it has been impossible to get past this section of pavement in a wheelchair without being stung by the nettles or scratched by the brambles. They have taken over most of the pVament and show no signs of dying off. It is dangerous as it means you have to get off the pavement at the closest dropped kerb, which is around 75 metres away, and travel up the road instead, which given that its right on a sharp bend, isn't the safest thing.
