Frequent instance of a vehicle being parked on a roundabout, 2nd July
A Black Mitsubishi extended van is frequently parked actually ON the central roundabout in Kensey Valley Meadow (by house numbers in the 40’s and 50’s) in the evenings. This is a residential area, with nearby children and animals. Parking here is potentially dangerous, restricts sight lines and is I believe illegal.

Dying Beech Tree - diseased with meripilus root decay fungus, 30th August
I was driving through Launceston yesterday afternoon , visiting friends and spotted a dying mature beech tree riddled with Meripilus Giganteus - a root rotting decay fungus. The tree sits on an elevated bank and looms over the road and adjacent properties. Meripilus Giganteus fungal decay is a very serious fungus which completely rots the roots of beech and I am fearful that this tree will catastrophically fail soon if it isn't removed safely by a Tree Surgeon. I don't know whether it is a highways tree or under private ownership.

The traffic lights aren’t synced correctly., 3rd November
The lights aren’t letting enough traffic through at each change towards launceston town centre. This is causing huge build up of traffic extending the full length of Roydon Road and out on to the A3254. This has caused the school buses to be over 15 minutes late on both Tuesday and Wednesday this week as you will understand this transport has designated pickup times which can’t be changed to accommodate the hold up caused by misaligned traffic lights.
