Recycling refuse left in the street., 27th July
St Mellion Park Nr Saltash. PL12 6UE St Mellion Park consists of 76 houses. We have recycling collection every other Thursday morning. I need to report that the staff in the lorry are in such a hurry that they often leave recycling material that is put out for collection in the street and not all of it goes in the lorry. If you check back this is not the 1st time I've reported this. Biffa called me to say it would be rectified but its happening again. Again some strong words need to be given to the staff to do the job properly. The truck drives out of the development the same way as it came in so if they were paying attention they would see what they've dropped and pick it up but they dont.

Verge Damage, 27th July
St Mellion Park - Lake View PL12 6UX Yet again the recycling / refuse lorry has damaged the grass verge on Lake \view when attempting to to turn around. This is now the 3rd time damage has been incurred over a period of around 8 months. We have repaired the damage ourselves up to now but its time to report this. The turning area for large vehicles is quite large but the staff who are collecting seem to have a problem reversing without incurring damage. We'd like this repaired and a serious instruction given to the staff to be more careful. All house owners on our development pay a maintenance fee for the upkeep of the development so this is not welcome. I have another Fix My Street report going in today about the amount of recycling waste that the staff do not seem to be able to get in their truck leaving trash on the street that then has to be picked up by house owners.

Road surface deteriorating, 30th March
The road surface on Dunstan Lane is deteriorating in a number of places. I've shown the damage in the photos but there are other areas where it is bad. Some attention now will save expenditure later when the problem becomes much worse. Thank you.

Recycling collection, 30th March
Your recycling collection team are in such a hurry to get around as quickly as possible, they drop items in the road that has to be picked up by residents. Also we've had on occasion that the lorry has damaged the grass verges due to lack of attention when manoeuvring their lorries around. I have pointed the latter issue out to them. Its St Mellion Park next to St Mellion Estate.. The highlighted map location is at the centre of the estate of 76 houses. appreciated if you can discuss this with your recycling team.
