Poor workmanship on potholes yet again., 13th August

Thu, 13 Aug 2015 15:29:06 +0100
50.346102 -4.222793

During the past few years numerous potholes have been supposedly repaired on this main thoroughfare out/into Millbrook. The holes run the length of Hounster Hill from the old Police station at the bottom to The new build Byre near the top. Bicycles, motor cycles and cars are constantly dodging these holes on this narrow road and blind bend and will and have caused minor accidents; it is only a matter of time before a more serious accident. Previous repairs have been very poor and do not stand the test of time. The holes will again become an even larger major problem as winter approaches. It appears Cornwall Highways do not supervise CORMAC adequately and local Councillors no longer hold those responsible to account. Please fix these holes before someone is seriously injured - already vehicles/Cycles must be being damaged on a daily basis.
