there was a triangluar sign that mentioned the damgers of water when it floods. this sign post has rotten and now collapsed.

There is a potential health and safety issue concerning the footpath between Uffington & Stamford and I don't know if responsibility rests with the Council or the local landowner. Yesterday I was narrowly missed by a branch the size of my forearm falling from what seems to be a dead tree - last one to the right of the footpath approx. 100m after the 30mph derestriction sign when leaving Uffington toward Stamford. There are several bits of similar debris on the footpath and grass in the area. Please advise. Regards, Pete Hickman

Pothole on road/cycleway problem, 4th April
I was driving in the direction of the level crossing which has just lifted. This is a route I take every day so I am aware of the road. There was a stream of cards coming towards me. There had been heavy rainfall so I pulled into the side of the road and what I thought was a puddle. It was a pothole which damaged my tyre causing it to burst.

On the road from greatford to thr greatford crossing there a lot of potholes on the left hand side and a big one on the right. Stops you pulling over when traffic comes the other way.
