Dangerous potholes (multiple), 8th April
Really bad potholes causing you to swerve to avoid both sides of the road separated by about 50 yards. You have poorly repaired another hole on the road but have left the worst ones in situ. This minor road is often heavily used by diverted traffic from the A1 and is not coping well with the volume of lorries and traffic.

Dangerous potholes & damage to centre line, 8th April
Apparently fixed potholes on 2nd April, not true. Only one hole has been temporarily patched, which will not last. At least 2 other holes on the same stretch have Not been addressed & fixed. WHY NOT!!!!

Three deep holes in centreline of unlit road., 20th March
This road links to the A1, has no lighting & is not a straight road. These holes have appeared & been repaired before. So dangerous. Please repair urgently before someone ends up in the woodland with a broken wheel!

Approx 2x 30 cm long potholes along Grantham Road in vicinity of dropped pin., 12th March
2x large potholes have recently reappeared on Grantham Rd (approx position shown on map). They are towards centre of carriageway along track normally taken by offside wheels when driving towards A1. They pose a significant danger to motorcyclists, with potential to disturb steering and place motorcyclist in path of oncoming traffic. Also risk of wheel damage to all vehicles.

Deep hole, NOT just pothole, 7th January
Barriers are laying on the verge obviously having been used to put round the hole, but have collapsed, seemingly some long time ago. Hole is extremely dangerous. The persons foot shown in photo is not on the bottom of the hole. It is estimated the hole is 200-300mm deep. A bicycle or car wheel could easily drop in the hole and cause SERIOUS injury

Tyre split by pothole, 12th December
Large deep pothole with sharp tarmac edge that has split one of my 4 new tyres which were replacd exactly 4 weeks ago.Photo have been taken and will be forwarded with claim and copy invoice.Incident monday 11th Dec 2023.This is deep enough to bring off a cyclist or motorbike Hoping this will be rectified quickly before any bad accidents or further vehicle damage. Re-opened Massive Pothole, 7th February
I drive this route everyday to and from work. There is a pothole at this location which was filled in, it is now reopened and bigger than before. Mostly on the carriageway going towards the A1. There now is a smaller one on the other side which makes it hard to drive through this area. Very dangerous. Been like this since before Christmas. Sorry I cannot get a photo but there is no good place to stop with the bend in the road.

More than one pothole formed in centre line, 24th January
As a result of heavy traffic during A1 closures, this stretch of Grantham Lane from the Crossroads to the A1 junction has now a number of deep potholes. This road is busy, fast & dangerous if not maintained, there are no road markings on this stretch. Due to the woodland surrounding the road, it’s hard to see the holes in order to avoid.
