Pothole on road/cycleway problem, 26th April
Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'Was driving at a reasonable speed (not even going the full speed limit due to knowing that the surface of the road was unlevel) as there was an oncoming car at the same time as me driving towards this pot hole, I had no ability to avoid it and despite slowing down my tire / wheel hit the hole with a loud bang. It was obvious after hitting the pot hole that something was wrong with my car, pulling to the left and loud moving over the road surface. I pulled over when safe to do so and my tire was completely flat, and had popped / split.
I then had to have my car towed and a new tire fitted as it was undrivable. This has incurred costs, due to no fault of my own and this would not have happened if the road surface hadn't been so uneven and this particular pot hole so deep.'

From village hall on west end all the way to shops, 6th March
This issue is unfortunately a very long hole up the middle of the road. There are multiple other holes in the same section. As it's very long when on a motorbike it's incredibly dangerous, as cars park ln the left side you have to drive over it to go around the cars and back over it to get back to the junction. Each time it tries to grip the front wheel of the bike and on multiple occasions not only myself but other riders I know have almost come off.

I was contacted by a resident who wished to report a long straight defect in the centre of the road that is incredibly hazardous for some road users - particularly those on motorcycles and push bikes who can get their wheels stuck within the rut and could lose balance and come off as a result. As vehicles try to manoeuvre past each other those on bikes find it difficult to cross this section of the road safely. I appreciate that this is not your typical ‘pot hole’ but would be grateful if it could be repaired as a matter of priority please before an accident occurs. Many thanks

Il report this again as you claim you have repaired the holes but the hole you have repaired is not the various holes on the actual junction on Kings street that I previously reported. They are dotted over both sides of the road and impossible to avoid.
