The debris is adjacent to the footway on the southbound carriageway of Lincoln Road, halfway between Northborough and Nine Bridges close to a seat. The footpath is used by hundreds of school children going to AMVC every day. Whilst it is not a danger, it is an unpleasant and distressing reminder of what we understand was possibly a fatal RTA.
