FIXMYSTREET IN PE38 0ND
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of PE38 0ND:
10 inch pothole, suspect it’s near water mains, 19th January
This pothole has been here for several years but has only been about 2 inches square. However a road closure for roadworks on Feltwell Road, main route for sugar beet and farm lorries, meant, that despite a weight limit of 7.5 tonnes, these vehicles were diverted through this lane. As a result, this has become a much bigger problem. It was when I heard a delivery lorry bang as it went past this morning that I thought it should be reported and hopefully repaired before it gets worse. Three households driveways exit onto this pothole now. (Numbers 7, 9 & 6) I’m sure that’s not helping either and of course the recent frosts.
I’m one of those households and have had the suspension on my car damaged by a pothole. An expensive experience I would not like to repeat.

The A10 nr the turning to Sedge Feb road - dangerously uneven, 30th October
It seems the road here is very uneven and there has become a ramp almost on the main carriageway. It is so bad that vehicles pull over to the other carriageway to avoid it. If you were to hit it the sound and effect on your car is awful. The problem is the passenger side of the road heading northbound. It is currently quite dangerous
