After a couple of road collisions earlier in the year, the traffic light, as you exit Heacham and turn left to go towards Hunstanton, has been knocked and is now wonky and the exit sign from the layby in front of Norfolk Lavender is also bent over. Dangerous road to use as parking stops traffic flow, 8th May
2 way traffic cannot get through South Beach Road as vehicles are constantly parked, including on the pavement. The photo of the red car drove on the pavement, in front of me whilst I was walking on it, to avoid oncoming traffic. The flower pot in my garden, was reversed into, today, due to traffic build up. A small child ran out into the Road & luckily escaped injury. PLEASE EXTEND THE YELLOW LINES ALONG THIS ROAD.

Broken fence and bushes overhanging path, 15th March
On footpath parallel to A149 between St Mary's Close and Church Lane the fence is broken and could be dangerous for pedestrians especially young children. Maybe it could be removed altogether which would enable the mower man to mow all of the grass beside path. Also vegetation is starting to go over the path again.

Verges, 18th July
I would really like to see the roadside verges managed for wildlife and biodiversity. So mowing and then lifting grass cuttings to let the incredible number of flowers outweigh the grass. This is the next responsible step for an environment on the edge of collapse.

Traffic parking/build up outside these properties., 11th June
Double yellow lines were introduced further down the road toward the beach. Now, the traffic is a nightmare outside West Staithe Barns. Peolple park on both sides to use Jennings Shop opposite(which has a large carpark) and to avoid parking charges at the beach. It is impossible for two way traffic as the cars take up half the road! It only takes 1 vehicle to stop the flow and trying to cross the road on foot from my house to the other side is dangerous. I even had someone try to park on my property under the window!! PLEASE put yellow lines here to marry up with rest of South Beach Road.

500 cm X 500 cm pothole and uneven road surface which could potentially cause slips, trips and falls. and falls to especially elderly people walking their dogs. The surface is also very uneven with loose stones and gravel which is dangerous to anyone walking over it., 8th July
This areas has been in disrepair for almost 2 years and I have seen many elderly folk using it to visit the community rooms next door. One lady once told me that she feels very "wobbly" walking over it and so has asked if she could use my paving to cross over to the hall, and has offered me a small gift ( plants for my garden) for access. The pothole at the edge is also getting bigger. When cars use this area to turn around it throws up a lot of dust which comes straight into my front rooms. I have once seen a small child slipped on the gravel and has fallen over. Slipping, tripping and falling could be even greater during wet months as the ground is then very slippery.
