This has been an ongoing problem for many months. Gullies either blocked or inadequate water pools across the southbound side of the carriageway extending over the centre line. This has been exacerbated by the works on the opposite side with that too starting to pool

Site traffic blocking road, 22nd June
There have been 6-8 deliveries of tarmac to the site off of Buryfield. The lorries are parking in the road and blocking the road for traffic. I witnessed an elderly gentleman having to get out of his car to ask the driver of the lorry to move.

MOT Expired car dumped on the road, taking up parking for people who live in the area, 12th February
The car has been left there since first of January, not even moved one time. Just dumped in the parking where people who live would have a parking slot, totally unacceptable behaviour, I, myself, am struggling to find a parking space after work close to my home yet cars like these are dumped blocking the parking. Absolutely outrageous. Can this car be moved from there ASAP as homeowners would really appreciate to have some more parking in one of the busiest streets rather than have cars dumped there forever. The car belonged to the old 'Chili Express' takeaway owners as they used to do deliveries, saw it with my own eyes, when the new Golden Pizza Company takeaway opened in the old one's place, this car was simply dumped here in front of 42 High Street. WE NEED PARKING SPACES, PLEASE, WE LIVE HERE AND THE TAKEAWAY HAS 3 PARKING SPACES IN RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR BUILDING ALREADY

A bucket full of concrete has been dumped half way down slade dyke, i regularly do litter picks down here but this is too heavy for me to remove.

Untaxed/No MOT Facing Towards Moving Traffic, 8th November
White Seat Ibiza with index number: YR60 NLF has been in situ for approx 3-4 days without movement. The vehicle is parked facing towards moving traffic which during the hours of darkness is causing a blind obstruction. According to the dvla website, the vehicle has no current tax or MOT. Upwood Road (where the vehicle is currently in situ) is a heavily congested road being used by all types of vehicles including arctic lorries. The road has many working street lights, however it is still a very dark road and although the image attached to this report shows good lighting, this is just the flash on the camera and the vehicle is actually sat well within the darkness. There is an ongoing building development with traffic management in place approx 100 yards away from the vehicle which combined with this vehicle, is causing delays and a dangerous environment for both other drivers and pedestrians. The vehicle is also located approx 15 metres from the junction of Redebourn Road.

Abandoned vehicle outside 3 Allen Road, 5th July
A red van was left outside 3 Allen Road Ramsey on Saturday night at 10:45. A male got out the van before getting into a car and driving away, nobody has returned to the van since. When checking the vehicle reg it states that the van is a white transit with a different vin number to the one on this vehicle. The last six digits of the vin number should be P32242 however the vin number for the van left outside ends in J34683.

Numerous large potholes, 14th February
The B1040 road between Ramsey and Warboys is literally covered with large deep Potholes on both sides of the road. Extremely large hole in Ramsey between the roundabout and the Red House. The area between Wistow Toll and Warboys is a mass of holes. Drivers have to swerve around to avoid them. Cars will be damaged driving along this stretch of road especially in the dark. Some holes are marked with paint to be repaired but far more seem to have gone unnoticed.
