There is a lot of large vehicles going down the lane, customer is very distressed as the road has caused damages to her car and she feels trapped in her home. There is mud all over the road. There is potholes in batches all over the road. The potholes were filled but none of the work has stayed.

Near houses, large potholes all near the 3 houses, 16th March
There are multiple potholes on the lane. It’s hard to avoid them because there are so many, they have been present for way over a month and are getting worse. Some potholes that are already reported have become a lot worse in that time and are an accident waiting to happen, the rain has made it difficult to see how deep they actually are because they are full of water.

Pothole on road/cycleway problem, 15th March
Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'The road is extremely bad I tried to miss most of the pot holes but I couldn’t move anywhere as there was oncoming traffic and due to the car being low as it’s a cooper s it popped my tyre and the suspension broke as it went moth a bang. The pot hole was that big in depth that it damaged the bottom of my front bumper.'

Continous water is running down Bramleberry Lane. Anglian Water have been out but unable to find a water leak. This is making this junction dangerous. Please investigate. Caller would like to meet you on site if possible

In front of the driveway of my house, North View, 40 Station Road, PE23 5QR, 11th March
We have just moved in and there is a large amount of pavement missing and/or cracked which is causing issues when driving into our driveway. It is on the pathway and the path leading up to our drive entrance.
