O/S Greenacres, Meer Booth Road, 18th April
Caller states there has been an issue with heavy vehicles going past the house. The neighbours have also been experienced the issues. Caller states the problem is consistently waking them up. (Only happens when HGV lorries pass. Concerned about damage to the property as it violently shakes the house.

Herons Reach Frith bank, 3rd April
The road edge has broken away leaving large holes that fill with water, large vehicle such as buses, Lorry and tractors thump into them and sometimes shake our house. This has existed for sometime. Further down the road towards Boston some remedial work was done recently but the repairers didn’t come as far as our property.

Concrete cover on verge has been damaged by recent HGVs, exposing significant void underneath. Extremely dangerous to vehicles or anybody walking on verge. Blue traffic cones have been placed at the site.

Tattershall Road, near Witham Cottages/Poplars Bungalow, 15th February
HGVs coming to load sugar beet from Witham Marsh Farm are parking on the side of the road and damaging the edge of the carriageway and causing the bank to start to fall away. They are due to start loading directly into the lorries from the edge of the bank which will not only cause further damage (like has been caused on Frith Bank) but will also completely block the road and bus route, making it unsafe for other road users

After Malcom farm which is on the right … the large holes are on the edge of the road on the left before the next property’s, 14th January
See attached photos - the holes deep & therefore still water filled the road along frith bank narrow you can’t see pot holes in the dark & if two vehicles travelling in opposite directions meet at the pot hole site at same time the vehicle on the left hand carriageway will drop into this massive defect in the road

On left had side as river is on right. At least 1-2ft witnesses and 2 inches deep - very dangerous especially as now filled with water so visibility is restricted.

Whole stretch of road, 28th December
The pot holes are dotted down the length of the road, and are wide, to such an extent that it’s impossible to drive down without going in one. They are big enough for my entire car wheel to sit inside of it! The road needs fixing properly!

Multiple pot holes all 50mm+ deep. It is now not passable without stopping and riding through the pot holes slowly risking damage to wheels and tyres. There is no other route available for the residents and visitors of bye lane.
