Current roadworks in this area have resulted in a trip hazard in gaining access to the Swineshead Silver Bandroom. The access is blocked by barriers and work to the pavement has resulted in a trip hazard. There are members of the band with mobility problems. The works present a risk to them attending practices Tuesday and Friday evenings. This report has been posted by the Swineshead Silver Bands Safeguarding Officer.

Outside “Loydella”, post 61, 27th March
I reported this light out on Saturday and was happy that it had been fixed so promptly with an email this morning. Either the bulb was broken when replaced or someone’s lying cos it’s not working when I walked the dog this evening making the corner of the junction dangerous and dark.

Chunks of tarmac coming away from around large drain cover, 18th March
Large metal drain cover approx 1 metre X 1¼ metres was previously repaired with tarmac surrounding the drain plate. This is already coming away and exposing a large hole approximately A4 size with steep and sharp drops.
