Grass cutting, 24th April
The grass around Hardwick Estate is very overgrown and in desperate need of cutting. For some reason when the grass is cut they only cut certain areas and leave the rest, letting it become overgrown, surely it would be more beneficial to cut it all in one go?

Path/road outside number 32, 3rd April
When it rains, the water covers the path and subsequently damages the surface and leaves stains. Also blocks the path as the puddle eventually crosses the path in full. I have cleaned the mess up this morning as it looks horrible outside my property and you can see in one of the photos the new damage to the surface of road where the water is pulling it up. Previously reported but nothing was done. Water remains for days. There is a drain 3 meters away which doesn't capture this pool. During winter this froze over and made it harder to get out of the drive. And added Risk to pedestrians slipping.
