Near chantry close 5 on a pathway, 7th May

Rubbish in Alley Way, 7th May
I reported this yesterday. I took the photo yesterday, from a distance. Today I added a red bag of rubbish collected from the local area. The smell down there is disgusting. I found that the white bin is full of brown liquid! I think it may have been dog food as that is marked on the bin. BEWARE!

A large pothole has appeared just before the roundabout on welland road. Drivers are swerving to avoid it, which is dangerous considering how close to the junction it is, with cars in the other carriageway.
