Huge amount of water covering all of the road. This is not just because of the heavy rainfall recently, it is an on-going problem as the rainfall has nowhere to go. Digging dykes could be the answer - or at least unblocking the drain which is obviously blocked.

Footpath along Church Gate between Hall Gate and Proudfoot Lane, 27th December
All the trees along this road at this time of year have shed their leaves all over the footpath. With the wet weather the leaves have turned into a mulch which stick to the footpath. This has made the footpath very slippery and difficult to walk. The footpath could do with the leaves being brushed away to make the footpath safe to walk on. If this could be done before the next term starts it would be great.
