Masters Hose PE113JJ, 8th March
The pictures show the re-surfacing that was completed yesterday 07 March 2023. The road was shut outside our house without notice and access was limited. The repair has been carried out due to the sinking road on this side. The reason the road is sinking is due to the fact there is a water main running under this section which has not been backfilled correctly and multiple leaks creating a soft spot. Due to heavy vehicles using this road the road has sunk causing a dip. This has not been resurfaced. 1.the cover has only been taken of and levelled out with tarmac 2. If the watermain cover has not been sorted this will dip again in the next few months 3. There is a curb line in front of our property to the start of the grass, this has sunk and was visible 4. The curb line is now lost under tarmac and has not been lifted 5. The curb line is meant to be used as a retaining structure for the road surface to be bed into 6. The pictures show the tarmac has been laid without a retainer meaning the edge will break off as soon as load is applied 7. Lose tarmac will be pushed onto the grass verge 8. The road will curve and dip again 9. The curb line needs raising and tarmac run into this to retain the road cover 10. This is is apparent for both sections of repair along this section

Top of driveway to Little Insight, PE11 3JK, 13th February
Road works have been completed last week (w/c 6th Feb) for resurfacing. However the finish to the road edge has been left in a poor condition and is not level with the track all the way along. It looks as though someone has attempted to rectify this, but has not complete the. I gave my contact details and asked someone to call me back about this, but no-one has. Please can someone contact me.
