Public bench destroyed by car, 6th March
This public bench was destroyed by a car crashing into it on 24/02/2024. This is a council installed bench originally. The incident was reported to the police and the car was removed on Monday 04/03/2024. All that is left is the concrete bench support.

Large uneven road Surface, 6th March
Located just beside the first lamppost just past the junction to lundavra/connochie Road. There is a section of road that is dangerously uneven. Oncoming traffic can not swerve to avoid this. Its causing the cars to bounce and potential damage to peoples tires etc.

Drain sinking, 6th March
There is a drain here sinking causing a pothole. When cars are coming around the junction from Lundavra Road into Connochie Road the drivers are having to drive around to avoid it if the oncoming traffic is clear but inevitably when they cant its casuing issues with driving over and potential damage to peoples cars. Present for over a year.

Large sections of heavily degraded road surface on steep descending road presenting a possible danger to all traffic due to potential loss of control under braking. Surface broken up producing fragments of materials which could significantly impact braking and high likelihood of developing potholes.

Blocked drain, 26th December
This drain has been blocked for at least 10 years. As a consequence, when the water coming up through the road surface - another existing issue that has been reported in the past - freezes, our road becomes an ice rink.

Fire Assembly Point is blocked of for residents on Tom na Faidhir, 12th December
There has been Heras fencing erected to clock of the steps and fire evacuation route for residents on this street. The front of the houses faces the main road and section of grass to be used as a fire assembly point. if there is a house fire in any of these houses and there exit via the back door of the property isn't possible due to a fire then residents are blocked in due to the stair access being blocked off. In the event of a fire in one of these properties a serious risk to residents in this street life will be created to due to the fire evacuation route being blocked off.
