Dear sir/madam
Iam writing to you regarding potholes around Rothesay town centre. As by law i am legaly bound to pay my car road tax.I am well aware of the recent winter conditions,But in my opinion as road user i pay my road Tax With the view that the roads are in a fit enough condition to drive on,however in my opinion and many residents of bute they are in a very poor condition at the above locations...And many more.
