Excess Water, 7th February
The bottom half of Heggies Avenue appears to have a constant flow of water streaming down it. Not certain if it is from an over-flowing burn or water mains issue. Has been like this for a few weeks now and freezes over when the temperature drops creating a dangerous hazard. Even when there has been no rainfall there is a constant flow of water covering the whole road flowing down the hill.
