OCS Van continually parked at junction corner, 28th April
OCS van continually parked at junction of Rowan Street and St. Ninians Road in Paisley. This makes turning right into Rowan Street very dangerous as oncoming traffic is obscured by the van. The van does not appear to move and has now been present for several weeks.
