The bins at tower terrace are suppose to get emptied 2 times a week but sometimes only once a week or some times not done for a whole week and then needs to with bin bags and rubbish all over the streets and I have seen rats because of this I ah e reported this to the housing officer as-well and she is awear and had also complained regarding this

Dog fouling, 6th May
Reported loads of times dog poo left all over tower terrace and it’s not just by people living in tower terrace but the surrounding flats, I go out everyday and collect not just my own dogs poo but also all these other ones and it’s usually at the front of tower terrace where the biggest patch of grass is people come walk there dogs but don’t like k up the poo

Same idiot different car, 5th May
A additional car has been added to the collection of cars now being stored by the same person. A Toyota RAV4 has been parked for 2 weeks without being moved. Owner has atleast 4 cars parked up for storage on a street they do not reside in making it impossible for tenants to park outside their homes. They return periodically to rev the engines, flooding the street and properties with fumes.

OCS Van continually parked at junction corner, 28th April
OCS van continually parked at junction of Rowan Street and St. Ninians Road in Paisley. This makes turning right into Rowan Street very dangerous as oncoming traffic is obscured by the van. The van does not appear to move and has now been present for several weeks.
