Unnecessary rubbish, 14th November
There is constant rubbish put outside houses outside of wheelie bins. There is now a dead rat on the pathway.

Public right of way blocked, 27th October
A fence has been put up replacing a stile and blocking a public right of way. This footpath down to the river is used by locals walking dogs and for exercise.
The contractor putting the fence in told a number of people that the council has done it to stop kids going under the 9 Arches and starting fires etc. since the pathway has been blocked kids are just jumping over the fence. The only people it’s stopping are local residents!
The footpath access needs to be reinstated as no consultation has been carried out on blocking the right of way. This consultation is supposed to be carried out as per statutory requirement.

Penydre open park, 3rd January
I have taken photo of the mess. I walk my dog I need to watch where I walk with her as there's broken glass and bottle tins. Need to put camera or something to stop this with sign stating a fine and will be prosecuted. The area needs full clean up and stop joy riding also dog mess so need the dog bin back!

Street light not working, 4th January
The street light outside number 16 station road has not been workingsince the end of november 2016 my wife and two daughters are afraid to get out of their cars at night to go into the house ,the end of the street is now a newly created turning area formed as part of the heads of the valley dueling, this new area is frequented by cars late into the night,please can you help.thankyou post code np223ry

Overgrown cyclepath and footpath, 9th October
Weeds and grass overgrowing tarmac, which is a now barely a foot wide in places. Turf is forming and needs to be cleared before tarmac disappears completely.

Overgrown pavement, 14th August
The hedgrow including trees and brambles have in places grown so far out as to make the pavement unpassable without getting snagged. This starts down by Ron Skinners and goes most of the way up the hill to the roundabout on the left hand pavement.

Speeding motorbikes, 24th March
Both on and offroad motorbikes speeding through main street. Sometimes on the pavement. Speed bumps are not effective in slowing them down. sleeping police type speed humps would be more effective.

Garden been extended onto Council Land, 27th May
The detached house have spent the day moving their garden fence to extend their garden down to the substation box so they have extra land to store their caravan. This is not their land - I assume its council property due to the position of the substation box. The land doesn't belong to them and they shouldn't be able to just take it by moving their fence to encompass it!
