Large number of pot holes, 29th November
Since September 2021 several pot holes have been developing and increasing in size between Calla Cottage and Chapel Farm in Earlswood Valley. These are getting deeper and causing wheel balancing problems for vehicles

Extensive potholing on Chapel Road and East up road, 2nd October
Extensive potholing has been developing over the past 8 months on Chapel Road and further East past Calla Cottage in an easterly direction. This has been exasperated by much heavier large van access as a result of deliveries made during Covid lockdown. The holes vary in depth up to 30mm and are causing problems with car wheel balancing and subsequent tyre wear.

Sunken Road Repair, 7th May
There is a trough in the road surface transverse to the carriageway on the south side of the road which appears to have been omitted from the recent repairs. It is sufficiently deep to cause a buckle to a cycle wheel.
