Deep Pothole, 22nd March
Deep Pothole as you turn into Wern Industrial Estate, you’ve got to take an obscure line to enter the junction and it is going to get progressively worse.
Then, note the carriageway crumbling down into Wern Industrial Estate at the same time which carries heavy traffic 24 hours a day. Repeatedly getting my reports of this ignored. Can somebody call me in relation to the condition of the road into Wern Industrial Estate and why it isn’t seen as a road that needs to be serviced?

2 to 3 potholes starting to develop, 28th September
Can something be done BEFORE the street High meadow really breaks up? There will be no way of avoiding the potholes thus damaging the underside of residents' and visitors' cars as there are cars parked on one side of the road and on the other side there is a pavement.

Blocked and overgrown footpath NP11 5JT, 4th August
This footpath, between 4 and 5 Penrhiw Terrace has not been maintained for some years! Someone has now secured the gate, preventing unfettered access, at the Brett Road end. The footpath does form part of the maintainable highway since it was constructed for the benefit of residents, visitors, tradespeople, and any and all members of the public. Please arrange for routine maintenance to be undertaken and open accessibility to be reinstated.

This footpath is not being maintained and has been obstructed by the addition of a locked chain (added some time in the last few weeks). The footpath hasn't been maintained for the last few years but it does form part of the adopted highway, being a link from Penrhiw Terrace to Brett Road.
