The road urgently needs resurfacing and the defective drainage needs to be rectified to solve this issue.

A large amount of potholes and damaged road surface, between the A1 and railway bridge which is a council owned road. This road surface ideally need resurfaced rather than patched. Blocked drain outside Newsagents, 9th April
This drain constantly blocks causes rain to flood down the road and gush down the steps causing both the gully and footpath to flood right outside a busy shop. If much more rain its in danger of flooding into the shop.
