Rubbish bags left in the allyway between hawthron road and Rosalind street, 24th April
The residents of the property had an overflowing black bin at the last collection day the bin men collected all rubbish from the wheelie bin but these 2 bags where on the floor behind the wheelie bin and where not taken away. They since have been sat on the side like this and its attracting wildlife and vermin ripping the bags open and litter is being spread across the road.

Overgrown trees on council land damaging private property, 24th April
The trees grow substantially every year and block my gutters, and drains and have caused huge damage to my outside building with a flat roof. I have just paid over 2k to get the roof replaced due to the prolonged damage from the trees. This is a council-owned greenspace - NOT the college, check your MAPS.

Second half of cycle path has not had the branches trimmed back. There is 2 trees that are very low and obstructing the path… the pin kerb on this section has not been scrapped back and in heavy rains this causes massive flooding and the cycle path can’t be used for a few days
