We are very grateful for you sending out a team today to respond so quickly to my most recent post. The two men were very helpful and this is the sort of service that Councils should be proud of. They did say however that they would arrange for a JCB to come to compact the loose soil/clumps; this will otherwise be a difficult job manually. We note that the report has been closed but sincerely hope that the additional compacting will still be carried out.

Serious damage to verge: logged in November, 14th April
This verge was badly damaged in November but remains in a dreadful condition. Not only is it an eyesore it is a safety hazard for cyclists that use this road very frequently

This pothole has been here for a while , but it is progressively getting deeper. I would class this as severe, potentially dangerous. If a vehicle hits this pothole, it will more than likely need repair to suspension, tyre, wheel etc. If a motorcyclist or Cyclist hits this, it could be considerably worse. What3words.
