Very deep pothole which is hard to avoid if passing another vehicle at the same time. The constant stream of water which has been running down Spital Hill for months has eroded the road.

Potholes, 7th April
Many potholes on the road by the houses near west benridge and onwards. Particularly bad just past the houses and yard, just after the corner, there must be at least 10 in a 2 metre stretch of road. The road will soon be impassable.

Many, many potholes, 7th April
These potholes all along this stretch of road have been here for at least 3 months, and are getting increasingly worse. There is one very large one that is nearly all across the road. As it's a single track road, it's very hard to avoid, virtually impossible. The last stretch approaching Newton park cottage and Newton park will soon be impassable. There are some that are at least 6 inches deep.

Enormous pothole in the road that caused me to have a blowout on my car. It is deep and jagged and very dangerous. The pothole stretches across the road. Please have it remedied.

There are over 50 potholes ranging from .2 of a meter to two meters x 1 meter at varying depths the road surface is lifting and the sub base is coming through the road, 1st March
This is a ongoing problem for over 7 years now and the road is degrading to non passable in places without doing damage to cars we have no services ie lights ev points clean paths grit bins etc all we ask is to be able to drive to our homes without the fear of damage to our vehicals we use to get the work to pay our council tax of which we are not being provided a service

Sign post directions wrong, 22nd February
The sign post finger board have twisted round and point the wrong direction, resulting in traffic going the wrong way. The sign for Mitford points to Newton Park and the sign for Newton Park cannot be seen.

A Trees affecting highways or pavements problem has been found, 21st February
There are a few trees on the roadside that are very big and customer has a tree surgeon out who advised that about a dozen trees need attention and could cause a potential hazard in the future if they're not treated. We would like to see if someone could come out and take a look at the trees and see if we can cut them back or cut them down please.

Massive pothole in road made worse during hedge trimming. Approx 2ft long and 6 inch deep. Often hidden during wet weather. Wheel and tyre damage due to hitting pothole.

Large (48") pothole, road edge failure + long section of potholes and surface damage, 11th February
Tarmac surface cracking present for some years + multiple potholes with multiple fill/repairs has deteriorated significantly this winter, with a number of large potholes and road edge failure on both sides of the roadway. Residents with 2 occurrences of tyre/hub damage in recent weeks. Trades people (roofer) reluctant to bring vehicles using the road. A section of the road between Newton Underwood and Quarry House badly damaged.

Section of road with more old repairs than original surface with new and deteriorating surface damage and multiple new holes. More or less annual hole repairs for 10+ years, which last approximately 3 months before reappearance of potholes.

Trees and wall in danger of collapse on to highway, 6th February
Trees on Spital Hill (aka St Leonards road) are in danger of falling on to the carriageway as the supporting wall is collapsing. I have removed 3 large stones from the carriageway which have come loose in the last 3 days. The wall supporting the trees is buckling.

Potholes, 2nd February
Customer has reported numerous potholes from Mitford to Scotscap B63 to Newton Under Wood and Nun Riding are in a really bad state . Customer says that the potholes are getting increasingly worse . Customer would like someone to come out and have a look. She appreciates the weather has not helped however , potholes were bad before the heavy rain.
